South Dakota Application for Reinstatement of A Domestic LLP is a form used to reinstate a Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in South Dakota. It is a document used by existing Domestic Laps which have been administratively dissolved in South Dakota, to revive their business operations in the state. This form must be filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State's office, along with the required filing fee, and a statement of reinstatement must be included. There are two types of South Dakota Application for Reinstatement of A Domestic LLP. The first is the Standard Reinstatement, which is used to reinstate a Domestic LLP that has been administratively dissolved in South Dakota. The second is the Voluntary Reinstatement, which is used to reinstate a Domestic LLP that has been voluntarily dissolved in South Dakota.
