The South Dakota Annual Report (Domestic LLP) is an annual report that must be filed with the South Dakota Secretary of State's office each year by all individual Limited Liability Partnerships (Laps) that are registered in South Dakota. This annual report is due by the last day of the month in which the LLP was registered. It is a legal requirement and failure to file the report can result in dissolution of the LLP. The report includes information such as the LLP's name, address, business purpose, members/partners, and list of registered agents. The report must be accompanied by the required filing fee. There are two types of South Dakota Annual Reports (Domestic LLP): the “Initial Report” which is due within 60 days of the LLP registration and the “Annual Report” which is due each year thereafter.
