The South Carolina Annual Report of Guardian is a document that must be filed with the South Carolina Probate Court every year by those who have been appointed by the court to act as a guardian of person or estate for a minor or incapacitated person. The report includes information about the health, safety, and welfare of the person or estate for which the guardian has responsibility, as well as an accounting of all transactions and financial activity related to the guardianship. There are two types of South Carolina Annual Report of Guardian: an annual report for guardians of person and an annual report for guardians of estate.
