A Rhode Island Statement of Revocation of Voluntary Dissolution Proceedings By Act of Corporation (Domestic Corp) is a document filed with the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s office to revoke the voluntary dissolution of a domestic corporation. The statement must be signed by the majority of the board of directors and include the name of the corporation, the date of the voluntary dissolution, and the date of the revocation. It must be accompanied by a Certificate of Good Standing. There are two types of Rhode Island Statement of Revocation of Voluntary Dissolution Proceedings By Act of Corporation (Domestic Corp): the Form RI-CORP-35 and the Form RI-CORP-36. Form RI-CORP-35 is used to revoke the voluntary dissolution of a domestic corporation and is filed with the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s office. Form RI-CORP-36 is used to revoke the voluntary dissolution of a domestic non-profit corporation and is also filed with the Rhode Island Secretary of State’s office.
