The Pennsylvania Claim For Exemption Forms (55.7 KiB) are legal documents used by individuals in the state of Pennsylvania to claim an exemption from certain taxes or fees. These forms can be used to exempt an individual from federal, state, or local taxes and fees as well as those imposed by other governmental entities. There are three different types of Pennsylvania Claim For Exemption Forms (55.7 KiB): the Form REV-419, which is used to claim an exemption from Pennsylvania state sales tax; the Form REV-420, which is used to claim an exemption from Pennsylvania local sales and use tax; and the Form REV-421, which is used to claim an exemption from any other type of Pennsylvania tax or fee. All forms must be completed and submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue in order to be approved.
