Pennsylvania Certification Regarding Service of Amended Chapter 13 Plan is a certification required for the service of amended chapter 13 plans in Pennsylvania. It must be signed by the debtor's attorney or the debtor and filed with the bankruptcy court. The certification attests that the debtor's counsel has mailed copies of the amended plan to all creditors listed on the plan, as well as the trustee, the US Trustee, and any other necessary parties. There are two types of Pennsylvania Certification Regarding Service of Amended Chapter 13 Plan: 1) the debtor's attorney's certification (which must be signed by the debtor's attorney and filed with the bankruptcy court); and 2) the debtor's certification (which must be signed by the debtor and filed with the bankruptcy court).
