Oregon Application For Registration (Domestic LLP) is a form created by the Oregon Secretary of State to register a domestic limited liability partnership. This form requires the name, address, and contact information of the LLC's registered agent, the name of the LLP, the date of formation, the address of the LLP, and the name and contact information of the general partner. The form also requires the name and address of the limited partners, the address of the business location (if different from the address of the LLP), the purpose of the LLP, and the name and address of the filing officer. Depending on the type of LLP, different types of Oregon Application For Registration (Domestic LLP) may be applicable. These include the Application for Registration of a Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (Form LLP-1), the Application for Amendment of a Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (Form LLP-2), the Application for Termination of a Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (Form LLP-3), and the Application for Cancellation of a Domestic Limited Liability Partnership (Form LLP-4).
