The Oklahoma Notice of Continuance and/or Relocation of Settlement Conference is a legal document that is used to notify parties to a lawsuit in Oklahoma of a change in the date, time, and/or location of a settlement conference or mediation session. The Notice must be in writing and served on all parties to the lawsuit at least five days prior to the new date of the settlement conference or mediation. The Notice must also include the new date, time, and location of the proceedings, as well as any other pertinent information. There are two types of Oklahoma Notice of Continuance and/or Relocation of Settlement Conference: a Notice of Continuance, which is used when the settlement conference or mediation session is postponed to a later date, and a Notice of Relocation, which is used when the settlement conference or mediation is relocated to a new location.
