Oklahoma Public Notice — Private Process Server License Application is an application process to obtain a license to serve legal documents in the state of Oklahoma. A private process server is an individual who is authorized to serve summonses, subpoenas, and other court documents on behalf of attorneys, law firms, and other entities. There are two types of Oklahoma Public Notice — Private Process Server License Application: initial application and renewal application. The initial application requires the applicant to submit proof of identity, proof of citizenship, a background check, and a $50 application fee. The renewal application requires the applicant to submit a renewal notice, proof of continuing education, and a $25 renewal fee.
