This crime can include any type of motor vehicle, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and ATVs. The elements of the crime in Oklahoma are: 1. Taking or exercising unauthorized control over a motor vehicle. 2. Intent to deprive the owner of the vehicle permanently or for a period of time. 3. Knowledge that the taking or exercising of control was without the owner's consent. 4. The vehicle must be driven off the owner's property or out of the owner's possession. Depending on the circumstances, there are two types of Oklahoma LARCENY OF AUTOMOTIVE DRIVEN VEHICLE — ELEMENTS: Grand Larcenappetiteit Larceny.
