Description

The lessor shall provide the lessee with access to the above described lot at all times, save and except for such reasonable and necessary restrictions as may be applicable to preserve the general health and security of the tenants of the park. The lessor shall provide the lessee with a written copy of such restrictions at the time of the signing of the Agreement.
