The New York Criminal Case Cover Sheet is a form used in the state of New York to provide a summary of the charges and other information about a criminal case. It is typically filed with the criminal court clerk and is also known as a CPL 160.2 Cover Sheet. The Cover Sheet includes information such as the name of the court, the case title, the names of the parties, the charges, the arresting agency, and the court appearance date. There are two types of New York Criminal Case Cover Sheet: one for cases in the Supreme Court and one for cases in the County Court.
