New Jersey Pro HAC Vice Electronic Noticing is an online system created by the New Jersey Supreme Court that allows attorneys to apply for permission to practice law in the state without being admitted to the bar. This system, also referred to as "e-noticing," provides attorneys with the ability to submit an application for Pro HAC Vice admission electronically. The system also allows the Court to review the application and take action quickly and efficiently. There are three types of New Jersey Pro HAC Vice Electronic Noticing: Pro HAC Vice Admission, Renewal/Extension of Pro HAC Vice Admission, and Withdrawal from Pro HAC Vice Admission.
