Code § -1.6. Section -1.6 - Attorneys; form of appearance on behalf of parties (a) An attorney may appear on behalf of a party by completing a Division Notice of Appearance form electronically or by providing all of the information requested on such form in a letter or similar document.

Except by leave of court granted on good cause shown, no attorney or party shall directly, or through any investigator or other person acting for the attorney, interview, examine, or question any grand or petit juror with respect to any matter relating to the case.

An attorney representing a party who will not be filing a document shall enter a separate notice of appearance as counsel of record indicating the name of the party represented. A separate notice of appearance shall also be entered whenever an attorney is substituted as counsel of record in a particular case.

Rule -5. Failure without adequate excuse to obey a subpoena served upon any person may be deemed a contempt of the court from which the subpoena issued.
