New Hampshire Appearance/Withdrawal is the process of a defendant appearing in court in response to a criminal charge or summons, or withdrawing from a criminal case. This process allows a defendant to enter a plea, challenge the evidence of the case, or request a postponement. There are two types of New Hampshire Appearance/Withdrawal: voluntary and involuntary. In a voluntary Appearance/Withdrawal, the defendant agrees to appear in court and plead their case. In an involuntary Appearance/Withdrawal, the defendant is summoned by a court order and must appear in court regardless of whether they want to or not.
