An agreement between buyer(s) and a real estate agency to assist the buyer in acquiring real property through purchase, lease, acquisition, and/or exchange. As the title of this agreement indicates, this agreement provides that buyer will work exclusively with the real estate company during the term of the agreement and that buyer will compensate the real estate company if the buyer signs a contract with a seller as set out in the agreement. The release waives all rights under California Civil Code §1542.
