This Letter from Known Imposter to Creditor Accepting Responsibility for Accounts, Charges or Debits is used by a known imposter to accept responsibility for fraudulent accounts, charges or debits made in the identity theft victim's name and to request that the debt be transferred from the victim's name to the imposter's name.
