North Dakota Amended Certificate of Authority of Foreign Limited Partnership Or Foreign Limited Liability Limited Partnership is a document that is filed with the Secretary of State of North Dakota in order to register as a foreign limited partnership or foreign limited liability limited partnership in the state. The document is also used to amend any information previously filed with the Secretary of State. The document must include the name of the foreign limited partnership or foreign limited liability limited partnership, the name and address of the registered agent in North Dakota, the name of the state or country where the foreign limited partnership or foreign limited liability limited partnership was formed, the date of its formation, and the purpose for which it was formed. Additionally, the document must include the name and address of each general and limited partner, and the date of the amendment. There are two types of North Dakota Amended Certificate of Authority of Foreign Limited Partnership Or Foreign Limited Liability Limited Partnership: an Initial Certificate of Authority and an Amended Certificate of Authority.
