Montana Mont. LBF 29. OBJECTION TO CLAIM of EXEMPTION; AND NOTICE [MONT. LB 4003-3] is a legal document used by creditors to file an objection to a debtor's claim of exemption. This document is used when a debtor files a claim of exemption to protect their property from being seized or attached as part of a court judgment. By filing an objection, the creditor is seeking to have the court overturn the debtor's claim and allow the creditor to attach or seize the property. This document includes information regarding the claim, the objection, and a notice to the debtor that the creditor has objected to the claim. There are two types of Montana Mont. LBF 29.
