The Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission has announced that the 2020 weekly maximum compensation rate for indemnity benefits is $505.43 for injuries that occur in 2020. That also establishes the new indemnity maximum for 2020 injuries is $227,443.50. The $25.00 minimum weekly WC rate remains in effect.
