The Missouri Employer Request for an Appeal of Unemployment Insurance Benefits Determination is a document used by employers in the state of Missouri to appeal a decision made by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations concerning unemployment insurance benefits. This document is used to dispute a determination made by the department regarding the claimant's eligibility for benefits, the amount of benefits they are entitled to, or other related issues. There are three types of Missouri Employer Request for an Appeal of Unemployment Insurance Benefits Determination: (1) Appeal of Initial Claim Determination; (2) Appeal of Benefit Payment Determination; and (3) Appeal of Benefit Overpayment Determination.
