Maine 4.21.963 Conspiracy, 21 U.S.C. Sec. 963 is a state law that makes it illegal to conspire to possess, manufacture, distribute, or dispense controlled substances in Maine. The law has two distinct types of conspiracies: (1) a simple conspiracy, punishable by up to 7 years in prison; and (2) an aggravated conspiracy, punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
