Maryland Articles of Revival For Domestic Corporation are documents filed with the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation to revive a domestic corporation that has been administratively dissolved. The articles can be filed by the original incorporates of the corporation, its current officers, or its registered agent. This document includes the name of the corporation, the date of dissolution, the date of revival, the name and address of the registered agent, and the names and addresses of the current officers. There are three types of Maryland Articles of Revival for Domestic Corporation: Articles of Revival, Articles of Revival and Amendment, and Articles of Revival and Merger.
