The Indiana Certificate of Good Standing (District Court) is a document issued by the court that verifies that a company or business entity is in compliance with all applicable statutes and regulations in Indiana. It confirms that the business entity is up-to-date with all filing requirements, taxes, and other obligations. There are two types of Indiana Certificate of Good Standing (District Court): the Certificate of Existence and the Certificate of Authority. The Certificate of Existence confirms that a business entity is in existence and legally registered with the Secretary of State. The Certificate of Authority confirms that a business entity is authorized to transact business within the state of Indiana.
