This is a meeting between the parties involved in the eminent domain case, including the condemning authority, the property owner(s), and their attorneys. At this meeting, the parties discuss the terms of the eminent domain process, such as the value of the property, the timeline for negotiations and the filing of documents, and any other relevant information. The purpose of the Florida Uniform Order Setting Trial Pre-Trial Conference-Case Management Conference is to ensure that the parties are in agreement regarding the eminent domain process.
