District of Columbia General Forms (NRT) are documents that are used by attorneys to inform a court of their limited involvement in a case. The Notice of Limited Appearance and Notice of Completion Terminating Limited Appearance By Counsel forms are used when an attorney is representing a client in a limited capacity. The Notice of Limited Appearance is used to inform the court of the scope of the representation and the Notice of Completion Terminating Limited Appearance By Counsel is used to inform the court that the attorney’s representation has been completed. There are two types of District of Columbia General Forms (NRT): the Notice of Limited Appearance and the Notice of Completion Terminating Limited Appearance By Counsel.
