Colorado Verification of Conformable Plan (COP) is an online system created by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CACHE) to provide the public with an easy, secure, and cost-effective way to verify the status of a business’s health and safetalcopopOP allows businesses to electronically submit their written plans and receive confirmation that their plans meet the requirements of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. COP also provides businesses with a secure, online portal to manage and store their plans. There are three types of Colorado Verification of Conformable Plan: 1. Food Establishment COP: This plan is to be used by all restaurants, food trucks, caterers, and any other food establishments in Colorado. 2. Retail Store COP: This plan is to be used by retail stores, convenience stores, and any other retail establishments in Colorado. 3. Child Care Facility COP: This plan is to be used by all child care facilities, daycare centers, preschools, and any other child care establishments in Colorado.
