California Form 425C (Small Business Monthly Operating Report) is a form used by small businesses in California to report their monthly operating results to the state. It includes information such as total income, total expenses, net income, and other financial information. It also contains detailed information on any loans or lines of credit that the business has taken out. The form has two versions: one for businesses with a fiscal year ending on the last day of the month, and one for businesses with a fiscal year ending on the 15th day of the month. Businesses must submit the form to the California State Board of Equalization by the 15th day of the month following the end of their fiscal year.
