Arizona Articles of Correction are legal documents used to correct errors or omissions on a document already filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission. There are two types of Arizona Articles of Correction: Articles of Amendment, which are used to make changes to an existing document, such as a company name or address; and Articles of Correction, which are used to correct errors or omissions, such as a misspelled name or incorrect date of filing. Both types of Articles of Correction must be filed with the Arizona Corporation Commission to take effect.
