Arizona Order of Appointment of a Permanent Guardian and or Conservator of a Minor is a court order issued by the Superior Court of Arizona granting the legal authority of a guardian or conservator over a minor child. This document is issued when a minor child is unable to care for themselves due to disability, illness, or other factors. It outlines the rights and responsibilities of the appointed guardian or conservator for the care and welfare of the minor child. There are two types of Arizona Order of Appointment of a Permanent Guardian and or Conservator of a Minor: Guardian of the Person and Guardian of the Estate. The Guardian of the Person is appointed to be responsible for the minor child's safety, health, and welfare. The Guardian of the Estate is appointed to manage the minor's money and property.
