There are three main types of Arizona Packet TEMPORARY PARENTING TIME, LEGAL DECISION-MAKING, OR CHILD SUPPORT: Temporary Parenting Time Packet, Legal Decision-Making Packet, and Child Support Packet. The Temporary Parenting Time Packet includes forms and information for parents to present to the court when making decisions about the temporary placement of children, such as where a child should reside and how much time they should spend with each parent. The Legal Decision-Making Packet includes forms and information for parents to present to the court regarding legal decisions concerning the child, such as which parent should be responsible for making medical decisions or educational decisions. The Child Support Packet includes forms and information for parents to present to the court when calculating child support payments, such as calculations for the basic child support obligation, cost of health insurance, and any additional living expenses.
