Arizona Individual Chapter 11 Discharge is a legal document that is issued by the court to discharge a debtor from all of their debts after they have successfully completed all the required repayment plan established in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. This type of discharge eliminates the legal obligation of the debtor to pay their creditors and prevents them from being sued for any of the debts included in the bankruptcy case. There are three types of Arizona Individual Chapter 11 Discharge: 1. General Discharge — This is the most common type of discharge and applies to all debts that were listed in the bankruptcy case. 2. Limited Discharge — This type of discharge applies to some, but not all, of the debts listed in the bankruptcy case. 3. No Discharge — This type of discharge applies when the court has determined that the debtor has not complied with the repayment plan established in the bankruptcy case.
