The Arizona Notice of Intent to Waive Presence at Arraignment — TUCSON is a document that is filed in court when a defendant wants to waive their right to appear in person at an arraignment. This document is only available in the Tucson jurisdiction. There are three types of Arizona Notice of Intent to Waive Presence at Arraignment — TUCSON: Form CR-93, Form CR-101, and Form CR-102. Form CR-93 is for misdemeanor offenses, Form CR-101 is for felony offenses, and Form CR-102 is for infraction offenses. This document must include the name of the defendant, the court in which the case is being heard, the case number, the charge or charges, the name of the defendant’s attorney (if applicable), and a statement from the defendant that they are waiving their right to appear in person at the arraignment.
