The Alabama Application Withdrawal Request (February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, Reciprocity) is a request for applicants to withdraw their application for the February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, and/or Reciprocity. There are three types of withdrawal requests: Full Withdrawal Request, Partial Withdrawal Request, and Deferral Request. Full Withdrawal Request: Applicants who wish to completely withdraw their application must submit a Full Withdrawal Request. This request must be received by the Board of Bar Examiners no later than the deadline specified in the application instructions. Applicants who submit a Full Withdrawal Request will not be eligible to sit for the February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, or Reciprocity. Partial Withdrawal Request: Applicants who wish to withdraw from the BE or Reciprocity portion of the exam must submit a Partial Withdrawal Request. This request must be received by the Board of Bar Examiners no later than the deadline specified in the application instructions. Applicants who submit a Partial Withdrawal Request will still be eligible to sit for the February 2018 Bar Exam, but not for the BE or Reciprocity portion. Deferral Request: Applicants who wish to defer their application to a later date must submit a Deferral Request. This request must be received by the Board of Bar Examiners no later than the deadline specified in the application instructions. Applicants who submit a Deferral Request will be eligible to sit for the February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, or Reciprocity on the date they specify in the request. The Alabama Application Withdrawal Request (February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, Reciprocity) provides applicants with the ability to withdraw or defer their application for the February 2018 Bar Exam, BE, and/or Reciprocity.
