The Alaska Arrears Worksheet, SHC-1240, is a form used by the Alaska Child Support Enforcement Division (USED) to calculate the amount of arrears owed by a noncustodial parent. This worksheet is used to determine the amount of arrears owed by a noncustodial parent for periods of time prior to the establishment of the order. It is also used to determine the amount of arrears due for periods after the order has been established. There are two types of Alaska Arrears Worksheets, SHC-1240: the Short Form and the Long Form. The Short Form is used to calculate arrears owed for a period of up to three years, and the Long Form is used to calculate arrears owed for a period of more than three years. Both forms require the input of information about the noncustodial parent, including their current income and support obligations.
