Alaska Articles of Consolidation for Domestic Cooperative Corporation are legal documents that are used to form a cooperative corporation in the state of Alaska. These documents are submitted to the Office of the Secretary of State in Alaska and outline the purpose of the cooperative, the name of the cooperative, the information about the members, and the process for amending the Articles of Consolidation.
