The District of Columbia General Forms (Lit)-Pro Se Motion and Order is a form used by individuals who are representing themselves in court (known as pro SE litigants). This form is used to make a motion or request to the court, along with an order for the court to follow. The form contains various sections that allow the pro SE litigant to explain the motion and the order they are requesting from the court. There are three main types of District of Columbia General Forms (Lit)-Pro Se Motion and Order: Motion and Order to Amend a Plea, Motion and Order to Compel Discovery, and Motion and Order to Modify or Set Aside a Judgment or Order.
