ACCRUAL OF 11 POINTS - AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION If you accrue 11 or more points on your driving record, your license will be automatically suspended for the following time period: 5 Days for 1st Suspension. 10 Days Per Point for 2nd Suspension. 15 Days Per Point for 3rd Suspension.
Point Removal For Safe Driving Three points are removed from a driving record for every 12 consecutive months in which a person is not under suspension or revocation or has not committed any violation that results in the assignment of points or the suspension or revocation of the driving privilege.
Registration of a snowmobile or ATV is required to ride on Pennsylvania lands. Pennsylvania will honor the registration from another state if that state honors a Pennsylvania registration.
After you have the first six points on your record, you will have to take a written exam. If you pass the test, two points will be removed from your driving record. If you don't pass the exam within 30 days, your license will be suspended until you are able to pass it.
Liability insurance coverage is required for all ATVs that are required to have general registration. Proof of this coverage should be carried by the operator. The law does not specify a minimum dollar amount for this coverage.

Cancellation of driver's license. (1) The department may cancel any driver's license upon determining that one of the following applies: (i) The licensee was not entitled to the issuance.
--The driver of a vehicle intending to turn right shall approach the turn and make the turn as close as practicable to the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.
Class II ATVs (motorized off-highway vehicle, which travels on three or more inflatable tires and has a width which exceeds 50 inches or a dry weight which exceeds 1200 pounds) may be operated on state forest land ONLY if the trail is specifically posted open to Class II ATVs of a particular width and weight.
