The following must be presented: Ohio certificate of title or memorandum of title. Completed vehicle inspection certificate (DPS 1373) Valid Ohio driver license, state ID or Social Security card. Tax ID number if titled in a business name.
Any UTV operated as an OHV in Ohio is required to meet the following requirements: If used during darkness, at least one headlight revealing objects at 100+ feet. If used during darkness, at least one red taillight visible from 500+ feet. Adequate brakes. Functioning muffler. All occupants must wear helmets.
