All residents must be enrolled in classes at Collin College with at least 12 credit hours each semester before applying. Summer residents will need to be enrolled in 6 credit hours. All residents must maintain at least a 2.0 GPA each semester to reside at Student Housing.
As a student here, you have several residence options, including efficiency, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom layouts. Housing amenities include WiFi in each unit, meal plans for the campus, and much more. You will have access to fun activities on-site and at Plano Campus, just steps away.

What are the GPA requirements? Cumulative GPAs are generated from the Admissions department. If you do not have a GPA with Collin College, the system will generate a GPA from your previous high school, college or university. All applicants are required to have a minimum GPA of at least 2.5.
