Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees form outlines a structured framework for eligible employees in Pennsylvania to receive educational support from their employer. This program aims to help employees enhance their skills and professional development by providing tuition reimbursement for approved courses at accredited institutions. Key features include eligibility criteria requiring at least one year of service, specific reimbursement amounts based on grades received, and a process that mandates prior approval from management. Employees must maintain their job responsibilities while pursuing education and can only claim reimbursement for approved expenses, which are capped per semester. Filling the form involves submitting a tuition reimbursement request before course commencement, obtaining necessary approvals, and providing proof of payment and grades upon course completion. This form is particularly relevant for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants as it facilitates professional growth and adherence to corporate policies regarding education funding. Legal professionals can utilize this program to enhance their qualifications without the burden of financial constraints, ensuring continued competence in a competitive field.
