Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees in Maricopa is designed to assist eligible employees with educational development and skill enhancement, particularly those who may have bad credit. Key features include eligibility for full-time regular employees with at least one year of service, and reimbursement for tuition and registration fees based on grades received. The program stipulates that courses must relate to the employee's current job or a feasible career path. Filling out the necessary forms involves submitting a tuition reimbursement request prior to course commencement, obtaining approval, and providing proof of payment and grades upon completion. The program also has provisions for employees who receive funding from other sources, ensuring they are reimbursed only for the balance of costs. Additionally, if an employee leaves the organization within two years of receiving reimbursement, they must repay it. This form is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants to comprehend the foundational elements of employee assistance and ensure compliance with internal policies around educational funding.
