Description

The Educational Assistance Program for Employees form is designed to assist eligible employees in Georgia with skill development through educational programs. It outlines the eligibility criteria, which include being a full-time regular employee with at least one year of service. The program covers reimbursement for actual tuition and registration fees for approved courses, depending on the grade received, incentivizing employees to achieve higher grades. Employees must seek pre-approval for courses and must submit documentation, including transcripts and proof of payment, to receive reimbursement. If employees leave the company within two years of receiving reimbursement, they are required to repay the amounts received. This form is particularly useful for attorneys, partners, owners, associates, paralegals, and legal assistants who may need a clear structure to guide employee engagement in educational programs, emphasizing employee development while ensuring compliance with company policies. It promotes skill acquisition aligned with career progression, making it an essential tool for fostering a supportive workplace environment.
