Accreditation is absolutely more important than rankings. If the college or university is not accredited, it cannot receive Federal funding and graduates will have a more difficult time finding employment.
ZEvA • Central Agency for Evaluation and Accreditation The procedures for national accreditations applied by ZEvA are based on the regulations formulated by the German federal states and on the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area for international procedures.

FIBAA • Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation. The leading organisations of Swiss, Austrian and German industry established FIBAA in autumn 1994 as an international foundation.
Its accreditations emphasize internationality, employability, and industry relevance, aligning with the Bologna Process standards. Notably, FIBAA is the only agency that awards a premium seal for programs exhibiting exceptional academic quality. FIBAA is accredited by ENQA and listed in the European register EQAR.
