You can download your credit card statement by logging in to the card issuer's Net Banking portal. Additionally, you can also download the statement, when received on your registered mail address, by saving it as a pdf.
To get your credit card balance, you can call the customer care at 1800 425 0018. Alternatively, you can also choose to get your balance statement through email by sending one to hocancard@canarabank. You will receive the information and the steps with the follow up email from the bank.
