The City of San Diego noise ordinance prohibits construction between p.m. of any day and a.m. the following day, on legal holidays, and on Sundays.
These records are available for all commercial and residential buildings. These public records are for viewing and/or copying except for blueprints. To obtain copies of blueprints, this Department requires: Written authorization from the property owner.
