The Training Contract with LPC in Houston is designed to formalize the relationship between a corporation and a consultant tasked with teaching workshops. Key features include a detailed description of the nature of work, specifying the topics to be taught, and the location of the workshops. The contract outlines the time commitment expected from the consultant, indicating that the number of workshops may vary monthly. It stipulates payment terms, defining the consultant's compensation as a percentage of fees collected, while clarifying that the consultant is responsible for their travel and living expenses. The duration of the contract is defined, alongside the status indicating that the consultant operates as an independent contractor rather than an employee.
