YARD WASTE The City-approved compostable bags may be purchased at local grocery or hardware stores; be sure to look for the City Logo on the box. Yard waste is collected weekly on the same day as your garbage. Place the bags at least 3 feet from your garbage cart. Filled bags must weigh less than 50 pounds.
