A grouping of formal or informal rules or regulations , adopted and implemented at a local level, that govern the practical or procedural affairs of a local court.
(a) Local Rules. (1) In General. After giving public notice and an opportunity for comment, a district court, acting by a majority of its district judges, may adopt and amend rules governing its practice.
Visitors will not create excessive noise, excessive being a level which disturbs other visitors or adjacent residents. All generators and/or amplified music must be turned off between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Shorts, tank tops, flipflops, or t-shirts with offensive or inappropriate language or pictures, are NOT recommended.
& Decorum 2.6. Each announcement period begins on Monday at a.m. and ends on Wednesday at p.m. At any time between a.m. and p.m., attorneys for either side shall telephone or appear before the Judicial Aide to give their announcement of readiness and updated time estimate.
