How do I reset? Shareholders may reset their Login online. Click on "Forgot your User ID or Password?" and follow the step by step instructions. You will be prompted for personal account information and your predetermined security question.
To access fund or account information via the Internet, go to .shareholder.primerica, and click on “Already A Client?” in the lower right-hand portion of the screen, which will take you to the login page for Shareholder Account Manager. You must login to access your account information.
You can change a shareholder's address online. You must have registered for online access and use your account details to log in. If you haven't registered for online access, see our online services page. You must notify us within 28 days when a shareholder's address has changed.

You can find your Shareholder Reference Number, which is 10 digits long and begins with the letter 'C', on your statements, dividend advice or cheques or other shareholder material. If you have a statement, the Shareholder Reference Number will be located on the right hand side near the top of the statement.
